Pur Safran, operated by Nathalie Denault, is the first commercial saffron in Quebec and Canada. Located in the tourist area of Mauricie precisely in Notre-Dame-de-Montauban, Pur Safran operates a small-scale culture of Saffron on a current area of half a hectare, which will extend over time to two hectares by 2016.
Its product is represented on Portic by Terroirs Québec.
