Organic garlic flowers
A unique seasonning which upgrades all your meals, without giving you a garlic breathe. It is also easily digested, and sweeter than regular garlic.
Harvested in buttons during the Summer solstice, the garlic flowers are minced, then put to fermentation in a secret mix of oil and bacterial culture. The fermentation is followed by a period of maturation during which the flavors develop.
These garlic flowers are an healthy seasonning, with no added sugar nor salt, without allergenics, cholesterol, gluten nor lactose.
All the ingredients are certified 100% organic, and we use first cold pressure Sunflower oil.
